The 3rd General Assembly meeting of DELPHI was held in hybrid format from December 11th to 12th, 2024, in Munich, Germany, and virtually via the MS Teams platform.
On the first day, DELPHI’s coordinator provided a comprehensive update on the project’s progress, reflecting on the first 18 months of the initiative. The team shared insights into key activities, including governance, regulatory and stakeholder analysis, as well as federated ecosystem, interoperability, integration, and predictive modelling efforts. Discussions also covered dissemination, communication, exploitation strategies (including IP management), community building, and demonstration activities.
A technical workshop delved into critical topics such as components, legacy systems, data sources, challenges, requirements, data flows, and system architecture. A highlight of the first day was a site visit to the Infineon Technologies AG premises, providing valuable firsthand experience.
The second day featured a DELPHI Demonstration workshop, showcasing each of the four DELPHI demos. A key moment of the day was a presentation by Mr. Julius Meyer from the Mobility Data Space, who discussed “Data Space Explained: How the MDS Enables Data-Sharing Use Cases.”
Looking ahead, the next DELPHI meeting is scheduled for spring 2025!
